You can voulenteer with functions happening in schools or or a theater where you can actually give your voice as an voice actor.
This is an investemnt in self so you would need a poper room with the setup if you decide to start the business from home.
You can also earn royalties when you have a rare and a good experience in this field.
As such no formal education is required for this but if you think you speak a particular language fluently then this could be your calling.
